Eagle Mountain strives to be a vendor-friendly venue! Bring your own or use one of our many highly recommended companies that are familiar with our venue.
We have exceptional photographers on our vendor page. We do ask that any photographer grants EMV permission to share photos/video on our social media and website.
Wine and Beer may be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Eagle Mountain does allow a cocktail hour with specialty drinks. Straight shots of liquor are not permitted. State of WA documentation is required.
You may bring a caterer of your choice or provide your own food. We provide a 36 tray food warmer for convenience. We have many recommended catering options on our vendor tab. Must have a WA state banquet permit.
Drone footage is allowed while following all state and federal guidelines. Drones are permitted to fly within venue property lines only. We ask that you please keep your distance from horses.
EMV has a covered designated DJ area. You are welcome to choose a DJ of your choice or check our vendor list for recommendations.

A 1-hour rehearsal meeting period is reserved the week of the event, typically on Thursday.
